-We cannot guarantee that the rattle of the stabilizer will be eliminated as there are external factors that can affect the wire which include the shipping, warped keycap, loose plate, etc. We will then offer secured packaging to try and avoid these problems!

-For the sluggish feeling of the stabilizer, please break in the stabilizer first to have an improved feeling :) (takes from 10 minutes to a week of usage)

-There is also a possibility that the stabilizer does not rise properly. To solve this, make sure to push the stabilizers in properly until the clip snaps. This problem happens because the stabilizer is brand new or the plate is tighter than usual.

-All stabilizers that are sold went through a fit test.

-For compatibility, usually Smokey/Clear variants does not fit with Aluminum plated boards. Example: Keychron, Lychee, NJ, Redragon, etc. Black/White/Piano variants are compatible with these brands. Please message us to verify!!
